Shop Policies


  • All artworks will be shipped via Canada post - orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
  • You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out.
  • For custom orders please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. We do not ship out orders on the weekend.
  • Please note that Monad Arts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


  • We do our best to photograph the art work but please keep in mind that the image colors may appear differently depending on your computer screen.
  • Please send us your refund claim within 5 business days after you receive your order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if you have had the item for too long.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can refund or exchange the artwork. The item must be unworn/unused and in saleable condition with the original packaging.
  • We can only refund the cost of the artwork, not the shipping.
  • When an artwork is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • For artworks you want to exchange/refunded, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send them back to us. For exchanges you are responsible for the shipping costs to send the items back to you.
  •  Please mark "RETURN" on the package and ship it back via the postal service.
  •  Please do not send artworks with a COURIER, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us.
  •  If an artwork arrives damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office; the item must be photographed to make the claim.
  • All orders with custom changes are final sales.

Notification of refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email, or shipping address.
